Conciliation conferences are held in private meeting rooms, either at the Workplace Injury Commission (WIC) offices in Melbourne or in community centres or municipal offices in regional areas.

Conciliation is held at Level 1, 215 Spring St, Melbourne. This is conveniently located across the road from the Parliament Train Station.
Conciliation conferences are also conducted in regional Victoria at venues including Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Traralgon, Wangaratta, Shepparton, Mildura, and Warrnambool.
WorkCover Assist will attend your conference as your assistant at all regional venues.
Arriving at the WIC
We encourage you to arrive at the WIC 30 minutes prior to your scheduled conference to allow you time to meet with your Workers' Consultant. This will give you an opportunity to ask them any last minute questions you may have.
